Biographies


Bill Paddor
 is the founder of Arlington Financial Services, LLC. and LLP. Bill has been in the financial industry since 1981. He gained much of his professional experience at the Chicago Board of Trade, where he served as a broker and advisor for some of Wall Street’s most sophisticated and well-capitalized fixed income traders. Bill’s expertise and experience in client account administration and his market insights allow him to work effectively with clients and to offer advice on a broad array of financial needs.  A graduate of the University of Vermont, Bill earned his Masters degree in Economics and Policy from Duke University. Bill has completed the CFP (certified financial planner) certification curriculum at The American College.

 


Cary Jacobs is a partner of Arlington Financial Services LLP.  Cary has been in the financial industry since 1981. He began his career as an accountant with Jacobs & Alpern, a small CPA firm serving the needs of individuals and small businesses. In 1986 he became a member of the Chicago Board of Trade and traded options and futures on U.S. Treasury bonds. During this time, Cary also worked on the sales, trading, and execution desks of UBS, Lehman Brothers, and RJ Obrien serving the investment needs of institutional and individual traders. Through 30 years of investment experience he has developed a diverse knowledge of the markets and excellent communication skills. Cary graduated from the University of Iowa with a BA in Accounting.
