Biographies

Bill Paddor founded Arlington Financial Services in 2002. Prior to this Bill spent twenty years at the Chicago Board of Trade where he served as a broker and advisor for some of Wall Street’s most sophisticated and well-capitalized fixed income traders. Bill’s market insights and experience allow him to effectively service his client’s and to offer advice on a broad array of financial needs.  A graduate of the University of Vermont, Bill earned his Masters degree in Economics and Policy from Duke University. Bill has completed the CFP (certified financial planner) certification curriculum at The American College.
